Return Policy

Returns are easy at PresentPond.  Your satisfaction is our first priority and we understand that sometimes it is difficult to be sure you’ve chosen the right product without seeing it first.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, it is very easy, first send a note to us via the contact us page telling us what you are returning and then return the item(s) to the address below within 7 days of receiving it.

Upon receipt we will contact you to arrange whether you would like an exchange or refund.  In case you prefer, we will refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery).

Please note that items must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging.

Damaged Products

All your returns must have the order number. Your order number is contained on the confirmation email.  If you do not know your order number, please write the purchaser’s last name instead.

Please pack the goods carefully in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during their return.

All our products and hampers are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare.  However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control.  If your goods arrived damaged please return them to the above address and we will send you a replacement.  If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you will be able to choose between a full refund or a credit towards another purchase.


Manufacturers’ Warranties

Some of the products we sell also carry a manufacturer’s warranty.  If a product covered by a warranty is later deemed to be faulty after our 7 day return period we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with the warranty conditions. Should you experience any difficulties please contact us and we will do everything possible to assist.

Other Concerns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase but don’t necessarily want to return the item please contact us using the Contact Us page.  We will do everything possible to rectify the problem.
